Co-Founder & CIO
Joe has over 30 years of UK real estate investment experience and is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Paloma. Joe leads on strategy, oversight of origination, transaction management and asset management and jointly leads on fund raising and fund formation alongside the Chief Operating Officer, his Co-Founder Jack Pitman. Joe sits on the Investment Committee with Jack and the two independent members.
Prior to co-founding Paloma, Joe was Founder and Managing Partner of Columbus Capital Management LLP, a joint venture that he established with Schroders plc in 2008. From 1996 to 2001 he was a fund manager of the £1.5 billion Schroder Real Estate Fund, following which he raised, managed and exited four real estate private equity funds (Gresham I & II and Columbus I & II). These funds collectively invested £930m in 87 assets across the multi-let industrial, leisure, retail warehouse, shopping centre and London office sectors. He began his career at Hillier Parker (CBRE) in 1991, starting on the same day as Jack, moving in 1993 to Hillier Parker Fund Management (now CBRE Global Investors).
Joe has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Geography from the University of Reading, a Diploma in Property Valuation and Law from the Bayes Business School, London and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Real Estate:UK.
Outside of work Joe is Chair of the Trustee Board of StandOut, an award-winning social justice charity supporting men through their release from prison. Joe is also a trustee of The Paloma Foundation.

Jack has over 30 years of UK real estate investment experience and is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Paloma. Jack’s responsibilities include operational matters, investor relations, debt and funding as well as jointly leading on fund raising and fund formation alongside Joe Froud, his Co- Founder and the Chief Investment Officer. Jack sits on the Investment Committee with Joe and the two independent members.
Jack was previously a main board Director of Helical Bar plc, a real estate investment and development company quoted on the London Stock Exchange. He was responsible for a portfolio of investments and joint ventures valued at £460 million at the point he left in March 2015 to co-found Paloma. He joined Helical Bar in 2001 after 5 years working at Chester Properties, a small UK private property company. Jack began his career at Hillier Parker (CBRE) in 1991 on the same day as Joe. In 1993 he moved to Hillier Parker Fund Management (CBRE Global Investors).
Jack has an MA in History from the University of Cambridge (Peterhouse), a Diploma in Property Valuation and Law from the Cass Business School, London and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Real Estate:UK.
Jack is a trustee of The Paloma Foundation.

James was a member of the investment committees of all four Gresham and Columbus Capital funds raised by Joe Froud, as well as those of ING Lionbrook Property Partnership and CBRE Global Investors. Until the end of 2025 he was a consultant to AEWUK Investment Management LLP. He has served as a non-executive director of Raven Mount plc and non-executive Chairman of Saville Gordon Estates plc.
James began his career at Phillips & Drew in 1967 where he held various sales and research positions before being appointed partner in 1981. From 1990 to 1998, he was head of property at PDFM Limited (now UBS Global Asset Management Limited). From 1986 to 1990, he was a director of property corporate finance at UBS Phillips & Drew.

Rory's career started in 1987. From 2006 to early 2021 he was Senior Bursar (equivalent role to CIO) of Trinity College, Cambridge where he remains a Fellow. He was responsible for the College’s financial strategy and for the management of a £2 billion property and equities endowment portfolio. He was also non-executive director of Lindsell Train Investment Trust, and a member of the private equity investment committee for Baring Vostok. From 2000 to 2006, he launched and managed emerging markets equity funds of c.$3 billion at Thames River Capital and prior to that was a Senior Director and Head of Global Emerging Equities at Baring Asset Management.
Rory is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a law degree from Cambridge University. Among other interests Rory is currently a member of the Cambridge University Finance Committee and of the Charities Property Fund Advisory Committee.

CFO
Pete has over 21 years of UK real estate investment experience and is Chief Financial Officer of Paloma, having joined in 2015. Pete’s responsibilities include oversight ofr finance, operations and tax as well as responsibility for risk and compliance.
Pete was previously employed at HIG Capital as European Financial Controller, primarily covering European direct real estate, but also primary and secondary lending, corporate debt and non-performing loans.
Prior to that Pete was Fund Operator for Columbus Capital, part of Schroders plc, between 2010 and 2014, responsible for the financial, legal and operational aspects of the funds. He was heavily involved in the set-up of these funds with Joe Froud. Pete joined Schroders in 2002 as a European Finance Manager and then as Financial Controller for Real Estate before transferring to Columbus Capital.
Pete qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 before joining KPMG where he worked in the Banking and Finance sector in Jersey, Channel Islands. Peter holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Economics from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.





Senior Director, Asset Management
Jeremy has over 30 years of UK real estate experience and joined Paloma at the firm’s inception in 2016, setting up the asset management function for Fund I. He has since worked on all aspects of the asset management of Fund I and Fund II across the industrial, retail and office sectors. Since 2021, Jeremy has led the asset management of Dove Real Estate LP, a standalone mandate within Paloma which owns a £400m multi-let nationwide industrial and warehouse portfolio.
Prior to Paloma Jeremy held asset management positions at Columbia Threadneedle and LaSalle Investment Management, working on both private equity and institutional real estate vehicles.
Jeremy started his career at Jones Lang LaSalle in 1993. He has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Real Estate Management from University of Oxford Brookes and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.





Senior Director, Investment & Asset Management
Jeremy has over 20 years of UK real estate investment experience and leads on the origination of acquisitions at Paloma, working closely with Joe Froud to source, underwrite and execute new opportunities across the funds. Jeremy is also involved in portfolio and asset disposals as well as the asset management of several properties, and works alongside Charles Lunnon, who leads on asset management strategy and execution across the wider portfolio.
Jeremy was previously at Schroders plc, where he was responsible for investment and asset management for the industrial sector across the Schroder UK direct real estate funds. From 2011 to 2015 he worked with Joe at Columbus Capital, part of Schroders, executing asset management strategies across the office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors for Gresham II, Columbus I and Columbus II. Prior to Schroder, Jeremy worked at Rugby Estates plc, investing in and executing value-add strategies. Jeremy began his career at Lambert Smith Hampton in 2003.
He has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Environmental Science from Royal Holloway University of London and an MA in Property Valuation and Law from the Bayes Business School, London. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Charles has over 15 years of UK real estate investment experience and leads on asset management strategy and execution at Paloma. Charles is also responsible for portfolio and asset disposals as well as overseeing the Wigwam self-storage platform. He works alongside Jeremy Thiagarajah who leads on investment origination at Paloma.
Charles started his career in 2011 at Hansteen Holdings plc, an industrial and warehouse specialist quoted on the London Stock Exchange, where he was involved in investment and asset management across the UK portfolio. At Paloma and Hansteen he has been involved in the acquisition and sale of approximately £1.5 billion of predominantly multi-let industrial/warehouse property across the UK, as well as delivering numerous development and strategic planning projects.
Charles has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Senior Director, Fund Analysis & Finance
Fran joined Paloma in 2015 and has since taken on responsibility for investor relations and fund analysis, managing ongoing reporting to existing investors and supporting fundraising for new funds. She is responsible for the quarterly and annual reporting of property and fund performance as well as portfolio and fund forecasting. Fran also has an active role in the ongoing management of Dove Real Estate LP, a standalone mandate within Paloma.
Prior to Paloma, Fran was Fund Analyst at Columbus Capital, part of Schroders plc, from 2010 and before that she joined Schroders as a fund accountant in 2005. Fran qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, where she worked in the Banking and Capital Markets team. She holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Sociology from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Director, Asset Management
Tom joined Paloma in September 2021 and is primarily focused on delivering the asset management business plans across both Fund II & Fund III, covering all the main sectors. In addition, his responsibilities include managing the disposal of assets and contributing to the underwriting of new acquisitions.
He was previously at The Crown Estate, responsible for the asset management of over 1.5m sq ft of retail space on Regent Street, forming the £8 billion Central London Portfolio, the largest in the West End.
Tom started his career at Lambert Smith Hampton in 2012. He has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.





Associate Director, Fund Control
Rasa joined Paloma in September 2020 and oversees fund operations, cash management, investor reporting and the coordination of quarterly and annual financial statements, liaising closely with asset management teams and external service providers. She is also involved in audit and compliance management, supporting the financial and operational administration of Paloma’s fund structures and investment vehicles.
Prior to joining Paloma, Rasa worked at Langham Hall, where she was responsible for the accounting and reporting of real estate and private equity funds, including Paloma funds. Prior to this, she held roles at Colliers International and Citco Group of Companies, where she started her career in fund accounting.
Rasa has a MSc Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Greenwich and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Associate Director, Portfolio Analysis and Debt
Sophie joined Paloma in January 2022 and overseas portfolio analysis and fund modelling. She is also involved in the origination of senior debt and refinancing of existing loan facilities, liaising closely with external debt advisors and lenders.
She previously worked at PwC in the capital markets advisory team with a particular focus on data and analytics in M&A transactions. As part of this team she specialised on divestments and worked on several large carve-outs of FTSE250 companies.
Prior to this Sophie qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2019 as part of the asset & wealth management audit team at PwC, working in the Real Estate division. She holds an MChem (Hons) Degree in Chemistry from Oxford University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Associate Director, Portfolio Analysis and Debt




Consultant, Senior Transaction Manager
Ben joined Paloma in May 2022 and his primary responsibility is for the underwriting and transaction management of new acquisitions. He also deals with the asset management of a number of properties across all of Paloma’s funds. These roles have given him experience in the industrial/warehouse, self-storage, IOS and PBSA sectors.
Prior to this, Ben held positions at Ashtrom Properties UK, Avignon Capital, Clearbell and Strettons. He has an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School, London, a BSc (Hons) Degree in Economics from The University of Birmingham and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.





Transaction Manager
Kofi joined Paloma as a Transaction Manager in January 2025. His role focuses primarily on the underwriting and execution of new acquisitions, alongside the asset management of existing portfolio holdings.
Prior to joining Paloma, Kofi worked at Evans Randall Investors, where he focused on prime UK office and operational real estate acquisitions. Before this, he was an Investment Analyst at M&G Investments, working across a range of private equity and private credit teams.
Kofi holds a BSc Degree in Economics from University of Nottingham as well as the Investment Management Certificate and CFA Level 1.





Fund Controller
Sam Joined Paloma in February 2026 and manages day-to-day fund operations. Sam oversees cash management and debt compliance, tax reporting and financial and investor reporting for the Paloma funds. He also assists with audit and compliance and works closely with Paloma’s asset management teams and external service providers.
Prior to joining Paloma, Sam worked at PwC within the asset & wealth management audit team, specialising in Real Estate funds, and working on several large, listed property management companies. Sam also worked as a Finance Analyst for NHS Property Services.
Sam has a MSc Degree in Politics and Economics from Brunel University of London and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.





Communications & Office Manager
Martine joined Paloma in January 2018 and manages the day-to-day operations of the office, providing a broad range of business support across the organisation. Her role includes coordinating team activities, overseeing investor and bank reporting and delivering organisational, administrative and communications support to ensure the business operates efficiently.
Prior to joining Paloma, Martine was with Schroders plc, where she worked in the real estate product team, primarily focused on the securities and investment trust products. Before that, she was a member of the Sales & Marketing team at ABN AMRO Mellon.
